Blog Categories
Open in AdminGroup public blog posts into a taxonomy.
Blog categories organize posts on /blog. Create categories before you write posts so authors can pick one.
Create a category
- Open Content → Blog Categories.
- Click New blog category.
- Fill in:

| Name | Shown on the public blog |
| Slug | Auto-filled from the name; used in filters/URLs |
| Description | Optional |
| Sort order | Lower numbers appear first |
| Is active | Inactive categories are hidden from new posts |
- Create.
List
The table shows name, slug, how many posts use the category, active state, and sort order. Filter by Active. Edit a row to rename or deactivate it.
