Overview
How the admin panel is organized and the order to work through a typical day.
The admin console at /admin is where staff run the LMS: catalog, students, enrollments, content, and site branding.
This guide follows the same sidebar order as the admin panel, so you can keep the docs open beside the console.
Who can sign in
| Role | Typical work |
|---|---|
| Super admin | Everything in /admin, including Site Settings and roles |
| Admin | Day-to-day operations across catalog, students, and content |
| Teacher | Separate console at /teacher — courses they own or are assigned to |
Teachers created under Team → Teachers sign in at /teacher/login and work in the teacher panel. They cannot open /admin or /student.
How a normal day goes
- Open the Dashboard and clear pending registrations, follow-ups, and unanswered Q&A.
- Scan sidebar badges (pending students, enrollments, inquiries, reviews).
- Open the matching table, filter, and use the row action (Approve, Edit, Reply).
- On edit pages, use the relation managers underneath the form (lessons, submissions, payments, messages).
Common patterns
Most screens work the same way:
- Open the sidebar item.
- Search, filter, or sort.
- Use a row action, or click New … to create.
- Save, then return to the list.
Private files
Assignment briefs, student submissions, and announcement attachments are not public URLs. Staff and students download them through authorized /downloads/... links after sign-in.
What is not in the sidebar
| Feature | Where to open it |
|---|---|
| Discount requests | Dashboard follow-ups widget, global search, or /admin/discount-requests |
| Roles (Filament Shield) | /admin/shield/roles — super-admin chore, kept off the menu |
